Manager, Marketing Operations & Demand Generation

to lead and optimize digital campaigns, manage our technology systems, and streamline workflows. This role will enhance the efficiency of our demand generation efforts, marketing operations, and tech stack. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are data-driven, customer-focused, and aligned with business growth objectives.How You'll Spend Your Time:Strategic Planning & Campaign Execution

Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels (email, web, paid search, paid social, SEO, webinars, etc.) to drive leads and engagement.Oversee the customer journey through each stage of the marketing funnel, optimizing touchpoints for improved engagement and conversion.Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals, focusing on ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Marketing Operations & Technology Management

Oversee the marketing tech stack (Marketo, Salesforce, RingLead, Zapier, Marketo Measure, BigMarker, LeanData, etc.), ensuring it supports efficient campaign management, lead process, and reporting.Manage workflows for lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle management.Work cross-functionally with teams to streamline operations and improve collaboration, conducting training when needed.Maintain database hygiene and data accuracy, coordinating with other teams on system integrations and data flow.Manage marketing operations consulting agency & digital freelancer.

Data Analysis

Develop and distribute regular reporting, analyzing KPIs for lead generation efforts (published content, digital campaigns, events, webinars, etc).Identify insights from A/B testing and performance metrics, present recommendations.

Website & Digital Marketing

Oversee the company web properties, ensuring optimal UI/UX, regular site maintenance, content updates, and lead conversion.Collaborate with design and external partners to create engaging, effective landing page content and SEO campaigns.Manage organic and paid digital campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Budget & Vendor Management

Manage the overall marketing budget and tracking expenditures.Foster relationships with external vendors, ensuring delivery aligns with KPIs, project timelines, and within budget.

Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration

Manage & mentor one direct report.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of lead flow processes and campaign delivery.Provide internal training on tools and processes to drive operational excellence.Prepare high-level KPIs and team achievements for leadership and board members.

Compliance

Ensure marketing technology practices comply with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
