Responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales & financial goals for a designated territory in the acute care and longterm care markets. Manages and monitors assigned market sales activity and strategies to maximize sales growth & profitability, efficiencies, and effectiveness. Facilitates strong collaboration and aligns with GOJO Demand Activation (GDAP) resources.Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Plans sales strategy, meetings and visits to customersSells full product portfolio and communicates product adjacency opportunities to all assigned healthcare marketsSells electronic compliance systemsDevelops and maintains industry thought leader relationships within assigned geographyReports competitive activity regularlyManages trade conflict within the territoryMeets with rep agencies within the territory regularly, is aware of their priorities and provides appropriate training and assistanceCommunicates and collaborates with other GOJO sales teams effectivelySeeks out innovation opportunities to improve GOJO Total Solutions approach and communicates/collaborates frequently with Marketing, Product Management and Product DevelopmentExpands the GOJO footprint within assigned accounts by selling to all appropriate departments, including General Nursing, Risk Management, Administration, Operating Room, Emergency, Health and Fitness and Visitor Information areas, etc.Manages sales territory according to GOJO guidelinesExecutes national accounts programs within territory developed by the national account organizationsPrepares meetings with customers, representatives and internal clientsAttends local Trade Association meetings and leverages these to build business relationships (e.g. local APIC chapters)Uses Salesforce.com effectively and in accordance with guidelines set forth by managementUpdates end user account information in Salesforce.comCorresponds with key customers and leverages distributors effectivelyCommunicates with representatives and distributor management regarding meetings, account calls and other business needs as appropriateAnalyzes data and information about distributors for marketing potentialReviews operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitabilityEducation and Experience

BA/BS in marketing, business or related field requiredMinimum five (5) years’ experience in sales and/or sales management through healthcare distributionHealthcare sales experience requiredExperience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM highly desiredSupervision/Coordination

Coordinates sales activities with key end users in conjunction with other sales team membersDoes not directly supervise other team membersTravel Requirements
