Job Summary :We are looking for a motivated and experienced

Sales and Marketing Director

to lead our sales and marketing efforts, driving occupancy in all areas of our community—assisted living, independent living cottages, and apartments—while fully embracing the

FORCE

values. The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility, who celebrates success and delivers exceptional experiences for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement sales strategies

across our offerings, ensuring a family-oriented approach in all interactions.

Take

ownership

of the entire sales cycle, from inquiry to move-in, ensuring a seamless resident experience.

Foster

responsibility

within the sales team to meet occupancy goals and maintain high service standards.

Celebrate

successes with the team and community through events and initiatives that promote Olympus Living.

Ensure every interaction, both internally and externally, creates a memorable

experience

that reflects our community’s values.

Build strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources, emphasizing the

family

aspect of our community.

Collaborate with operations and care teams to deliver a cohesive, exceptional experience for new residents.

Lead community outreach efforts

and oversee marketing strategies, including digital marketing, events, and tours.

Analyze market trends and competitors to refine sales and marketing strategies.

Track sales performance and occupancy data to report to senior management.

Requirements:

Proven success in sales and marketing, ideally within the senior living, healthcare, or hospitality industries.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with a sense of

ownership

and

responsibility .

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with a passion for creating a family-like atmosphere.

Experience with digital marketing and CRM systems is a plus.

A strategic thinker who can develop creative marketing solutions and

celebrate

success.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
