Our Team is Kind of a Big Deal!UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a reliable and hardworking Sales Expeditor join our community. As a Team Partner, you will be responsible for coordinating and processing backorders in the office and deliver to the warehouse for shipping. When working with UniFirst First Aid + Safety we provide a variety of shifts. Our standard is a 5-day work week, enjoy two days off a week. We believe our diversity makes us who we are, and we strive every day to build a culture where everyone feels welcome.What youll be doing:Process daily back orders and print invoices for the warehouse, verifying all relevant information (e.g., order creator, notes, shipping warehouse, item) is correct for the invoice.Review order notes for parcel carrier and handling requirements.Follow Current Good Manufacturing Processes (cGMP).Respond to emails and calls regarding order status and tracking.Verify and update the status of sales materials (e.g., flyers, brochures, inspection tags, etc).Assist in locating missing ROGs with the inventory team and match printed ROGs to warehouse pick sheets.Identify and suggest improvements for process gaps, reporting findings to management.Perform additional duties as assigned by SES leadership.

QualificationsWhat were looking for:High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.Must be 18 years of age or older.At least 2 years of customer service, or 2 years of relevant experience, is preferred.Ability to work well independently and within a team environmentStrong attention to detail to provide accuracy of work.Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.About UniFirst First Aid + SafetyUniFirst First Aid + Safety is a division of the UniFirst Corporation.
