Position Summary:The Senior Financial Analyst is a critical contributor in conducting comprehensive analysis of manufacturing costs and their impact on the P&L, enabling proactive decision-making.This role involves gathering and interpreting data to provide actionable insights, considering various interconnected factors. The Senior Financial Analyst collaborates effectively with multiple finance teams (such as Division Finance, T&P, Factory, and Supply Chain Finance teams) as well as cross-functional teams (including internal manufacturing, contract manufacturing, CTAG, procurement, etc.).With a strong grasp of financial data, the Senior Financial Analyst ensures the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Responsibilities:Prepares reporting and analysis of variable and fixed manufacturing costs (COGS, Fixed Factory Overhead, Depreciation, Product Related Overheads, Transfer Prices, etc.) through monthly period end closes, monthly Dynamic forecasting, and annual budgeting for the VMHS DivisionSupport with costing and analysis of co-man and co-pack SKUs and collaborate with T&P finance across categories for the communication & implementation of Finance & Control best practicesPartners cross-functionally to drive budget ownership and increase financial acumen throughout the organizationRuns financials analyses on projects to optimize cost savings or minimize cost aggravationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting3+ years of experience working in the finance industry1+ years working in a manufacturing environmentExhibits solid understanding of P&L concepts and accounting principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of resultsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointSAP or other ERP system experience and knowledgeSkills:Ability to synthesizes information from various sources to deliver comprehensive and actionable insightsDemonstrates critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skillsPartners and communicates effectively across functions and with upper levels of managementSelf-starter, inquisitive and makes process improvement recommendationsBalances pressures and demands of multiple customers and competing prioritiesThe approximate pay range for this position is $ 92,000- $112,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
