The Data Quality Analyst helps to ensure data sourced and provisioned by different areas, meets all required Data Quality standards. In this role, moderately complex and variable issues are evaluated with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. The Data Quality Sr. Analyst assesses, evaluates, and analyzes data challenges and provide recommendations on their resolution. They collaborate with an array of teams and groups, developing subject matter expertise and knowledge of industry practices and standards.Responsibilities:

Develop methods to identify data patterns and trends in available data sources, perform data quality analytics and identify data challengesContribute to Data Quality resolution strategies and practicesAssist in data improvement initiatives in compliance with Citi Data Governance PolicyAssists in the remediation of Audit and Regulatory feedback on issues and concernsReport Data Quality issues through corresponding Data/Issue management process, and/or Coordinate efforts for Data consumption demand and Data requirement from strategic data repositoriesLiaise with other areas of the firm to understand data challenges and solutions.Supports identification of data quality rules, thresholds, and other business requirementsPerform financial reconciliation, and measure Data Quality to drive data quality resolutionDefine and formulate business requirements documents that contribute to resolve Data Quality issuesLead project management activitiesSupport senior management strategic visionAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firms reputation and safeguarding the Client, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable rules, laws, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgement regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating managing and reporting control issues with transparency
