Shift:Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
Job Description:
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team to treat and facilitate discharge of patients on adolescent behavioral inpatient unit. Includes completing intake assessments, providing brief interventions, communicating with collateral contacts, and discharge planning.
Required:
CA RN Licensure
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS (within 180 days of hire)
-TNCC (Trauma Nursing Corp Course within 180 Days of hire)
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale within 90 days)
-EPIC experience & previous traveler
