About The Position
Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** Operating Room **Job Duration:** 14-Week Assignment **Shift:** Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) **Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified **Experience:** 3 years required **License:** GA or Compact license required **Certifications:** BCLS **Must-Have:** Experience with Neurology, Transplant, General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedics **Job Description:** - Pre-Screen Unit - Candidates will undergo a clinical review to determine clinical fit. - If clinical pass and within guidelines, candidates will be sent to the manager for the final decision. - Clinical screens will be conducted on a case-by-case basis. - The manager will interview candidates. - CALL REQUIREMENTS: Variable - Unit accepts first-time travelers. - Patient Age Group: Adults to Geriatrics. - Staffing Ratio: 1:1 - Experience in circulating and scrubbing preferred. - Familiarity with unit systems such as Pyxis, EPIC (REQUIRED), SBAR. - Service lines include Bariatrics, Urology, ENT, Oral, Plastics, Ophthalmology. - Orientation: 13 hours. - MAX Request Time Off (RTO): 7 Days. - Candidate must work major holidays unless specified otherwise, with expectations based on the number of holidays within the assignment period. - NOTE: Candidates must quickly submit core items and complete/schedule labs within 48 hours of signing the contract to ensure an on-time start.
