An Insight Global client is looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join their team. This person will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the center. They will greet and assist patients and families, answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries and handle scheduling, ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, and manage office supplies and inventory.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
