General Summary:
Performs a variety of duties to help achieve Goodwill E-Commerce revenue goals in accordance with all Goodwill policies and procedures.
This Position Is Fully Onsite Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
No Weekends!
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Assists in problem solving, continuous improvement and developing strategies to achieve the goals for revenue, sell-through percentage and average sale amount targets. Quality sort of merchandise to determine if ready to be listed, salvaged or needs cleaning. Uses software to determine suitability of merchandise for online sales and to list merchandise to online marketplaces Accurately enters information when listing merchandise and edits content as needed. Organizes physical inventory of produced product. Photographs merchandise as needed Polishes and prepares media discs for sale Prepares reports and transcribes data to other reporting venues Responds to customer service queries Processes returns and refunds Packages and ships orders daily Consistently performs all duties within the framework of our Core Values. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Excellent written communication skills a must. Familiarity using a camera and basic image processing in Windows Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Ability to work independently as needed and thrive in a fast-paced environment Travel Required:

Required education and/or work experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Two years' experience selling online personally, or for a commercial enterprise is preferred.
