Overview:

The Senior Analyst, Digital Commerce Insights will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to drive growth and optimize SharkNinja's digital commerce operations. The Senior Analyst, Digital Commerce Insights is responsible for analyzing data from various digital touchpoints, providing actionable insights to improve customer experience, conversion rates, and overall performance of e-commerce platforms. The Senior Analyst, Digital Commerce Insights will work closely with cross-functional teams including e-commerce, product, marketing, and UX, and will support data-driven decision-making to enhance the digital customer journey.

Reporting to the Vice President of Digital Commerce Operations & UX, the Senior Analyst will be instrumental in transforming data into insights that shape SharkNinja's digital commerce strategies across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Insights

Analyze digital commerce performance across SharkNinja's direct-to-consumer (DTC) website and third-party marketplaces, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementConduct deep-dive analyses into customer behavior, traffic sources, funnel performance, and conversion rates to identify optimization opportunitiesProvide data-driven recommendations to improve the user experience, increase conversion, and drive revenue growthTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) such as site traffic, page load times, cart abandonment, customer lifetime value (CLV), and channel performanceMonitor and report on campaign effectiveness, website performance, and overall business impact, providing actionable insights to leadershipCustomer Journey Analysis

Map the digital customer journey and analyze behavior at each touchpoint to uncover friction points and opportunities for improving the user experiencePartner with UX, product, and marketing teams to implement strategies that reduce friction and enhance the end-to-end customer journeyConduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to identify the most effective changes to improve conversion rates and user engagementUse behavioral data and customer feedback to recommend design and content optimizations for SharkNinja's digital platformsPerformance Reporting & Dashboards

Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into digital commerce performance, using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Power BIDevelop and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting trends, insights, and recommended actionsWork closely with the digital commerce, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on KPIs and performance metricsCollaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, IT, and UX, to support data-driven decision-making and provide insights that drive digital commerce initiativesPartner with product and technology teams to track the impact of new features, enhancements, or optimizations on key business metricsProvide data support for digital marketing campaigns, evaluating campaign performance, and suggesting optimizations for improved ROIMarket & Competitive Intelligence

Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within SharkNinja's digital commerce channelsAnalyze competitor performance and benchmark SharkNinja's digital platforms against industry standards and best practicesProvide leadership with insights on emerging trends in digital commerce, customer behavior, and technology to inform strategic planningQualifications:

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or related field3+ years of experience in a digital commerce, e-commerce analytics, or digital marketing analytics roleProven experience analyzing e-commerce performance data, digital marketing metrics, and customer journey analyticsStrong experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platformsExperience in consumer products or retail industries is a plusSkills & Competencies

Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets and provide clear, actionable insightsProficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data reporting softwareFamiliarity with A/B testing frameworks and methodologiesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to non-technical stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problemsExperience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesReporting & Collaboration
