Job Overview:
As an Azure Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in our technology strategy, designing and implementing innovative cloud and AI solutions that align with our business goals. Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture: Design end-to-end Azure solutions that meet business needs, including architecture, infrastructure, and application design, with a focus on AI and advanced Azure services.AI Integration: Lead initiatives involving Azure OpenAI, AI Search, and other AI powered services to drive intelligent solutions across the organization.Azure Resource Management: Oversee the deployment and management of Azure resources, ensuring optimal configuration, scalability, and performance.Application Insights & Monitoring: Utilize AppInsights to monitor application performance, diagnose issues, and optimize user experience.Data Solutions: Design and implement data solutions using Cosmos DB, ensuring data availability, consistency, and scalability.Cloud Strategy & Planning: Develop cloud adoption plans, cloud application design, and cloud management and monitoring strategies.Security & Compliance: Ensure that all solutions comply with security and compliance standards, implementing best practices for security, governance, and data protection.Performance Optimization: Analyze and improve existing cloud architecture for efficiency, performance, and cost effectiveness.Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with developers, system engineers, and stakeholders to ensure technical compatibility and end-user satisfaction.Technical Expertise & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to the technical team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud architecture, processes, and procedures.Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5+ years as a Solution Architect focused on Azure.Extensive experience in designing and implementing Azure solutions including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.Expertise in AI technologies, including Azure OpenAI, AI Search, and machine learning models.Strong knowledge of Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), and Azure Active Directory.Experience with monitoring and analytics tools, especially AppInsights, to drive performance optimization.Proven experience in designing data architectures with Cosmos DB.Expertise in cloud security, networking, storage, monitoring, and automation tools (e.g., ARM templates, Terraform, PowerShell).Proven experience in migrating complex on-premises workloads to Azure.Solid understanding of cloud governance, compliance, and security best practices.Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex cloud-based applications.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly desirable.Preferred Skills:
