Department OverviewFinancial Modeling:

Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques to analyze digital investments, projects, and initiatives. Develop financial models to assess the feasibility, ROI, and cost-effectiveness of various digital ventures.Retrospective Financial Analyses:

Perform digital project hindsight or lookback financial analysis to quantify achieved value and ROI and to optimize future strategies.Budgeting and Forecasting:

Collaborate with digital and finance teams to develop comprehensive budgets and forecasts for digital projects and operations. Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions as necessary.Cost Analysis:

Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize digital spending. Analyze cost drivers, trends, and patterns to make informed recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.Business Case Development:

Assist in the development of business cases for digital projects, outlining financial justifications, benefits, risks, and ROI calculations. Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making processes related to digital investments.Financial Reporting:

Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders. Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner, highlighting key insights and recommendations.Advisory Support:

Act as a financial advisor to digital leadership, providing guidance and recommendations on financial matters related to digital strategy, planning, and execution.Job Description

Provides strategic direction and oversight of financial operations processes and outcomes. Oversees revenue policies and procedures, including billing for revenue generation. Identifies and provides solutions for areas of high risk in the revenue cycle, documentation or billing practices.

Job ResponsibilityProvides strategic advice and guidance to the Financial Operations function. Provides strategic direction and oversight of financial operations processes and outcomes.Oversees budget development, financial reporting and systems management and drives business processes to improve efficiency and meet organization goals.Oversees revenue policies and procedures, including billing for revenue generation.Designs enterprise processes and lead process improvement initiatives with in finance.Responsible for managing internal systems used for recording revenue and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.Identifies and provides solutions for areas of high risk in the revenue cycle, documentation or billing practices.Provides insight into business performance by using business data and statistical methods and suggests area and methods of improving operations.Performs related duties as required. Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.10+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years of leadership / management experience, required.

Preferred Skills

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on digital financial modeling.Strong proficiency in financial modeling techniques, tools, and software (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software).Solid understanding of digital cost structures, budgeting processes, and financial metrics (e.g., TCO, ROI, NPV).Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision in financial analysis and reporting.Experience in the technology industry or with digital-related projects is highly desirable.Professional certifications such MBA or CPA are a plus.

The salary range for this position is $105,400-$183,000/year
