Job DetailsThe Assistant Manager assists in the supervision of all activities and Team Members at Agronomy Center.*
They help operate the plant in a profitable manner and maintain a respectable, honest professional image and positive attitude with all customers and other Team Members.*
This position actively promotes and sells product and services offered through the Agronomy Center.*
The ability to sell and recommend products and services to existing and prospective customers based on current price lists and terms is very important.*
They also are responsible for following and enforcing Company policies and safety regulations.*RequirementsMust have valid driver's license and a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Haz-mat endorsement, college education or equivalent experience, strong decision-making skills, basic computer skills, strong communication skills, knowledge in agricultural chemical products and fertilizer, ability to operate all chemical and fertilizer equipment, Commercial Pesticide Applicator License - Core, 1A, 1B, 1C is not required but must be obtained, and Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) is beneficial but not required.For Confidential consideration Please contact:Personnel Department 515-832-2366
