Job Overview:We are seeking a Node.js Developer with a focus on backend development to join our team, working on projects in Bentonville, AR. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to relocate in early 2025 and contribute to innovative projects at one of the largest retail companies in the world.
Key Responsibilities:•Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js.•Work with a cross-functional team to design scalable and efficient solutions.•Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.•Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize backend systems to ensure high performance.•Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.•Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and practices.Required Skills & Experience:•2-4 years of experience working with Node.js in backend development.•Strong knowledge of JavaScript and related frameworks.•Experience with RESTful API design and integration.•Familiarity with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.•Experience working in an Agile development environment.•Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Nice to Have:•Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.•Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.•Exposure to working in large-scale, high-traffic environments.
