Job Summary
We are looking for a person who is passionate about data that can identify and seize opportunities to solve problems for our partners. Someone who is motivated, builds culture and inspires others. Reporting to the Manager Business Services, you will have the opportunity to analyze data, tell a story of the results, and present it to business partners in Brand, Product Development, Packaging, and more.
You Will:Study and interpret Consumer Care data to understand problems and opportunities and present findings that improve understanding, agreement, and action/resolution for business partners.Collaborate with multiple partners up, down and across the organization including IT, Brand, R&D to create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI.Build on your presentation design and communication capabilities and learn to present data to others in a way that gets them engaged in your story and motivates them to act.Enhance your reporting and analytical skills while gaining a deeper understanding of Conagra products and processes.Design a strategy for training on self-service reporting. Manage and facilitate training in reporting systems and tools.Manage ad-hoc requests and act as escalation contact for partners in Brand, Product Development, and Packaging.Manage programs that support our strategy for food safety and consumer satisfaction.You Have:
Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of business-related field.Passion for data driven decision making with an ability to collect, manipulate, analyze, and interpret data to draw important conclusions.Experience summarizing recommendations in both written and verbal communication formats.Experience with Power BI or related visualization tool (Tableau, Domo, Qlik) with demonstrated ability to create new or different ways of looking at data.Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Able to provide examples of previous presentations/data visualizations created.Demonstrated leadership and the ability to work in a team and cross functionally.Strong attention to detail.Occasional travel for training opportunities and meetings.Work onsite in Omaha 3 days per week: Tues, Weds & Thurs#LI-MC1
