Infosys is seeking a
Tableau Lead Developer
and in this role you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.Required Qualifications:Candidate must be located within commuting distance
of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in a specialty in lieu of every year of education.All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply.Atleast 4 years of experience in Information Technology.Proven experience in designing and developing ETL data pipelinesHands-on experience in Data Modelling, Data Visualization tools like Tableau.Proficient in writing complex SQLs, expertise in performance tuning of SQLsExtensive experience in developing Business Intelligence Dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop and has experience in Publishing dashboards to Tableau serverAble to articulate and understand requirements, design and visualization specifications from the Business usersProvide analytical support and data-driven strategies, identify key metrics for business clientsCreation of User Objects (filters, prompts, metrics, Sets & Groups, Calculated Fields)Experience in Tableau products installation and upgrade activitiesPreferred
Qualifications:
Experienced in creation /modification of optimized SQL queries required for data setupSound Knowledge of BI and Data WarehousingHands on experience in database and table designWorking experience with huge volumes of data would be an advantageExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.Excellent communication skills to efficiently manage client stakeholders and Infosys internal teams.The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face
