Credit Acceptance is a financial services company. We accept assignment of contracts from auto dealers. The contracts are sent to our Dealer Service Center (DSC) by auto dealers. Your role as a Credit Analyst in the DSC is to help our dealers grow their businesses by aiding them with resolving open requirements on their customer applications as well as other items they need assistance with quickly, compliantly while delivering superior customer service.Note:

This position will work from home. Occasional planned travel to an office location may be required.Outcomes and Activities:Handle Phone Calls: You will spend the majority of your time signed on to our phone system, handling phone calls from our stakeholdersReview, validate and verify information through document review, internet searches and phone calls to quickly fund compliant dealsProvide a high level of customer service to maintain relationship with our stakeholdersResolve and document dealer inquiries not related to the funding processKeep the dealers pipeline open by managing any license, title, audit and inventory issuesWelcome and onboard new dealers by offering initial funding assistanceAll other duties as assignedAttendance as outlined in the Operations Attendance PolicyRequirements:Bachelors degree or equivalent Credit Acceptance work experienceBe proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookRemain compliant with our policies, processes and legal guidelinesWork Saturday shifts with an offsetting flex day during regular work week (non-peak season) as well as mandatory overtime during peak season (January thru April) and during month end (last calendar working day of any month)Preferred:Customer Service experience in a call center environmentInteraction with auto dealers in current or past roleExperience reviewing contracts/legal documents with a strong attention to detailExperience having to interpret existing rules/guidelines and apply them appropriately to make decisionsKnowledge and Skills:Be Diligent: Hard working, Conscientious, Sense of UrgencyBe Effective: Clear Communicator, Autonomous, Organized, ProductiveValidate information clearly and intuitively, protects all stakeholdersEducate: Identify and close knowledge gaps with all stakeholdersListen actively, understand callers situationOwn performance outcomes, improvement actions, attitudePromotes: Delivers superior Customer ServiceEffectively work independently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to adapt well to change with the willingness to maintain a flexible scheduleSpeak clearly, professionally and articulately on the telephoneAbility to learn quickly and apply knowledge learnedHandle difficult conversations professionallyDeals effectively with pressure, maintains focus and intensity, and remains optimistic and persistent, even under adversity.Training & Schedule Requirements:Training :Monday through Friday 7am-4pm PSTVirtual Training will be conducted beginning Monday, October 21stSchedule :8 hour shift between the following timesMonday -Friday; 6am - 5pm PST, working every other Saturday 6am - 4pm PSTMonday -Friday; 6am - 6pm PST, working every other Saturday 6am - 4pm PSTMonday -Friday: 7am - 6pm PST, working every other Saturday 7am - 5pm PSTMonday - Friday 7am - 8pm PST, working every other Saturday 7am - 6pm PSTTargeted Compensation:

$23.00-$25.00/ hour based on experienceTargeted Bonus:

Uncapped monthly bonus potential based on individual performance.
