HOW YOU WILL MAKE THIS A GREAT PLACE TO WORKThe IT Provisioning Specialist is responsible for assisting with purchasing, configuring, and distributing company assets within the organization's IT domain. This position will be working closely in Windows, iOS, Network, and Server ecosystem in a team environment. The IT Specialist processes all incoming equipment, validates each shipment, and updates the asset inventory database. This position will ensure technology assets are tracked, received, recovered, deployed, and retired in a controlled manner and fulfill requests for ordering hardware/software. The IT Provisioning Specialist may also assist with configuration of higher-level equipment such as firewalls, servers, virtual machines, and implementation of new offices, as experience allows.

SOME OF WHAT WE ENTRUST YOU TO DOConfigure IOS/ Windows10 assetsAssist in the tracking and management of all IT assets throughout its operating lifeMaintain department's stock, accessories, and supplies at a reasonable levelUpdate "Mobile Device Management" software with new assetsWork with the Helpdesk team on coordinating assetsAssemble workstations for new employeesMonitor incoming ticket requests for IT assetsCreate and implement plans to dispose of hardware assetsDistribute configured assetsRestore damaged assetsReceive initial telephone or ticket inquiries via Help Desk portalParticipate in special projects and other duties as assignedOn-site troubleshooting of standard hardware issues (e.g., desk phones, computer, printers)Ensure that requests for assets are relayed to appropriate staff membersApply asset peripheralsOrganize set-ups for special events/meetingsShip employee's equipment to remote sites as requestedWilling and able to follow documentation when neededCross train and support other IT departments when neededReceive IT equipment delivered to IT; log received equipment, verify their contents, ensure they match purchase order, store securely, conduct periodic inventories, and log distributionTrack assets utilization and ensure assets not in use are recovered, inventoried, relocated, or disposed of in accordance with company policies and proceduresWork closely with multiple departments to support IT operations

Must be knowledgeable about Microsoft 365(Office 365), computer systems, and IOS devicesAble to Configure software and hardwareExcellent personal computer, mobile device, network, and printer troubleshooting technical skillsExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly easy to understand languageProficiency in Windows 7, 8 and 10 operating systemsAbility to troubleshootExcellent customer service skillsProject management skills and strong ability to prioritizeValid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving recordHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent

COMPETITIVE PACKAGEThe pay range for the IT Provisioning Specialist in Paso Robles, CA is $29.00 to $32.00 hourly.

This pay range is our competitive compensation at the time of this job posting. Your pay will be determined based on a number of factors, such as experience, education, skills, and applicable knowledge.
