The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Brandon, FL. The RBT will play a crucial role in implementing behavior intervention plans and providing direct care to our clients under the guidance of our experienced BCBAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Emphasize trauma-informed and assent-based therapy approaches in treatment delivery.
