Demonstrates proficiency in multiple EHRs and is able to clearly document in all systems.2. Acts as resource person for Department Directors and Unit Educators.3. Receives and transmits all messages appropriately accurately and professionally to both staff and patients.4. Uses effective/respectful communication techniques.5. Supports all new initiatives and projects ensuring tasks are completed on the desired time line.6. Assists in the collection of data to support staff and patient education.7. Maintains a calm, open environment that is conducive to a learning environment.III.
