  • Required Knowledge & Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT industry with over 3 years of experience as a scrum master preferably managing data projects
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies including daily standup, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Promote continuous improvement practices within the team while identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure blocked or pending stories are met on time.
  • Extensive hands on working experience with JIRA board.
  • Identify potential risk and develop mitigation strategies for project success
  • Maintain project and progress reports like burndown chart, velocity report
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Desired Knowledge & Skills
  • Documentation experience using Confluence is preferred
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Equivalent
  • Finance experience - especially lending experience is a plus.
