Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of the Human Resources department to ensure equitable treatment of all employees.
• Implement employee programs, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate staff education programs and oversee benefits administration.
• Direct hospital recruitment and retention programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of Human Resources Management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or SPHR certification preferred.
