As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.

NBO: 8 hrs

• Illinois State Agency license MUST be uploaded with each profile. This is NOT the Nursys report. This is an Agency License from the State of IL Dept. of Labor.

May float to Bettendorf, Muscatine & Moline campuses.

• IL RN license active at time of submission. If IA RN or Compact RN license is NOT active, MUST show proof of application for IA RN single state license or Compact RN license before cleared to start.

• must be comfortable floating across campuses if needed

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

• Work history/resume
• Home/taxable address (just need to be listed somewhere in profile, ex. resume, in the notes section of the submittal)
• Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)
• License verification
• Copy of BLS (AHA) or ARC
• References - highly preferred (if not provided, will be required to complete during onboarding if candidate accepts an offer)

• BLS (AHA)

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : IA RN or compact RN licensure must be applied for at time of acceptance
Weekend Requirements : every other including holiday rotation
