Job purpose
NOM is looking for a highly motivated, solution-oriented Sales Director who has built strong relationships with brands and their agencies, while driving revenue. The ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation skills, strong speaking and writing abilities as they will be required to speak eloquently about NOM's services and product offerings. A crucial part of being a successful Sales Director is gaining insight into customer needs and experiences. You know that numbers matter and can see the stories within data, but also know how to translate metrics into client-friendly insights and analysis. You must possess the ability to create visually clear presentations, combining data and storytelling. You would work with teams across sales, marketing, ops, as well as senior executives. In this role you will report directly to the Head of Sales and Strategic Partnerships.
Duties and responsibilities
• 5+ years of Digital Media sales experience a MUST
• 3+ years as a CPG vertical specialist preferred
• 2+ years of Online Video experience is preferred but not required
• B.A./B.S. or substantial relevant experience.
• Storytelling/Consultative selling skills & an ability to navigate large, complex organizations
• Personal network of key agency and brand contacts
• Ability to partner with brand marketers/agencies to formulate strategies based on client objectives
• Presentation skills that engage a room and foster continuous dialog
• History of exceeding monthly & quarterly goals, while accurately managing a pipeline and forecast
• Hunter mentality with a fearless attitude
• Reliable, punctual and an infectious positive attitude Demonstrates common sense and exercises good judgment
• Humble with emotional maturity
• Possesses integrity & honesty
Physical requirements/ Working Conditions
Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body

- Strategize and generate revenue from direct brands and agencies through sales outreach and presentations
- Responsible for new business and growth of revenue across all accounts
- Meet monthly / quarterly targets and accurately manage pipeline and forecasting
- Position messaging and packaging of products to drive sales and customer satisfaction as well as differentiate new products from others in the market
- Educate and guide new and existing clients on best practices and proactively address areas where improvement is needed
- Schedule sales meetings and presentations
- Build strong relationships with agencies and clients in order to increase revenue. Relationship building activities include; industry events, entertaining, regular communication and shared industry news and insights
- Post-sale follow-up and recognition of campaign and clients historical performances
- Be the expert on the competitive landscape and how to differentiate
