We are seeking a result-driven sales professional with a proven track record and passion for building strategic business partnerships and driving new business opportunities in Staffing, Talent Acquisition, and Managed Services.
Your skills and experience should entail:
- 5+ years of experience developing business offerings to new clients, particularly in staffing and technology services.
- Utilization of your strong network of industry connections to develop new clients by working closely with our leadership to build a revenue stream and achieve quarterly targets.
- Leverage opportunities to expand our organization's quality offerings.
- Ability to call on C-level clients and grow business relationships.
- Have the ability to land our services in new local industries such as Technology, Healthcare and Professional Services among others in the region.
- Expand our footprint into other areas for technology consulting and blockchain practices.
- Demonstrated success in developing a territory and building relationships with clients and Managed Service Provider (MSP) companies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and communicate, and strong people management and decision-making skills.
- CRM experience.
Responsibilities
- Develops client-specific strategies and solutions to increase sales and meet expectations for profitability and client satisfaction.
- Bring in client opportunities for staff augmentation and managed services.
- Develop MSP relations to bring in new programs for Tier 1 supplier engagements.
- Develop and generate new business through referrals, phone calls, in-person meetings, presentations, and networking at local association events, conferences, and technical events.
- Maintain a call log in our CRM system.
- Results-oriented, a drive to succeed, and self-motivation are key to success.
- Develop sales proposals, respond to RFPs, and close deals effectively and efficiently while maintaining margins.
