Infusion RNs assess, plan, evaluate and implement a patient plan of care according to the individual needs of the patient as prescribed by physicians. Infusion RNs j ob responsibilities include, but are not limited to: \r\n \r\n
\r\n

- Administer infusions via peripherally inserted central catheters such as chemotherapy , hydration, blood and blood components, other drugs, and solutions \r\n
- Monitor patients and record any change of condition, notifying physician and\/or supervisor when necessary \r\n
- Infusion RN educate patients on the procedure and aftercare \r\n \r\n \r\n
