The Chicago Sky are looking for a highly motivated, passionate, collaborative, and experienced full-time Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to develop social media ideas, publish engaging content across all platforms, and assist with other key marketing/content projects (e.g. email, website) to drive brand awareness and fan engagement. This candidate should be passionate about women's sports, championing equality, and generating breakthrough strategies and creative ideas to drive results. Responsibilities

Manage social media publishing daily, ensuring consistency and alignment with the team's brand voice and social media calendar across all platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube)Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social platforms to engage with fans and build relationships, and conduct social listening to report on trending conversations and relevant topicsAssist in creating and curating engaging and original content and captions for social media platforms and breakthrough to drive fan engagement and loyaltySupport Corporate Partners with relevant sponsored content that aligns with Chicago Sky and Partner brand objectives and guidelinesCollaborate on monthly reports to track and measure results by platform and partner, culminating in quarterly, mid-year, and season-end reportsReport directly to Social Media ManagerSupport Marketing Manager with email newsletters, website, influencer/creator programs, and paid mediaQualifications

2-3 years of marketing, digital marketing, and social media experience across all platforms, including TikTokPrevious experience in social media, content, influencer/creator programs, copywritingDeep understanding of key fan demographics and how to reach them via socialExcellent written skills, with strength in copywriting, editing, creative writing, and proofreadingCollege degree in marketing, strategy, economics, communications, and/or sports marketingPassionate about sports marketing, with an interest in women's sports and the WNBAStrong leadership and teamwork skillsEnergetic, self-starter who must be proactive and is comfortable working in a fast paced environment, with and without direct supervisionHybrid role: 1-2 days/week expected in office, with attendance at all 22 home games and must be available some nights/weekends/holidays https://sky.wnba.com/schedule
