Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) employs approximately 300 providers and 850 support staff who cover a wide variety of specialties. The medical group has had tremendous success over the past few years and now provides more than 73 sub-specialty services. The physicians and APPs provide clinical services in their areas of specialty and many serve in pivotal academic research and leadership roles. DHMG is also heavily involved in preparing tomorrow's healthcare providers. Clinical services are complemented with translational and bench research to augment medical education for residents and students.If you are committed to social justice, health equity, and prepared to deliver care in new, innovative ways, you belong with us.ResponsibilitiesFollowing is a summary of what you can expect in this role:Provide anesthesia services for patients requiring surgery and other procedures, ensuring they receive excellent care when they are at their most vulnerable.Main OR and/or OB coverageAnesthetic management of patients undergoing surgical procedures and/or providing labor pain managementAirway managementAssist in cardiopulmonary resuscitationAnswer questions about procedures and recovery, perform patient assessments, ensure the equipment is ready, prepare anesthetic for patients, monitor patients vitals during surgery and oversee patient recoveryParticipate in quality assurance and quality improvement for patient careWork within a multidisciplinary teamAdditional duties as assigned by clinical or operational leadershipMarket competitive compensationFull benefits: Paid vacation/sick, medical/dental/vision coverage, retirement plans including a pension, malpractice coverage and CME allowancesRelocation for new hires who meet the eligibility requirementsStudent loan assistanceUp to $90K for qualified recent gradsUp to $18K for qualified non-recent gradsFor the health of our community. Pay Range$120.00 - $ 120.00 /hour
