As a Reservations Officer, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience they come when they arrive!What you will be doing:Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging serviceEnsure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-sellingRecommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requestsBook room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the systemQualificationsYour experience and skills include:With at least 1 year relevant and similar work experience in a hotelAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience working with Opera or a related systemStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesFluency in English, additional languages are a plusAbility to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
