It starts with you.You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and provide strong clinical leadership, act as a mentor and role model, manage complex patient care, and lead, manage and develop the pre-assessment service. You will support individuals and teams to deliver safe, high quality, and effective patient care that is responsive to the needs of our patients and their families. Along the way, you'll build strong relationships with consultants, hospital senior leaders, a wide range of healthcare professionals, and, of course, patients.Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, you will have extensive experience of managing pre-assessment patients for cardiac and general surgery procedures and have experience in setting up a new service, growing, developing, and managing a team.Helping you feel good.We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy, and valued.
