IT Services Operations Manager
to join our team in
Portland, Oregon, United States .Responsibilities:
Oversee and direct the day-to-day activities of IT operations, ensuring that systems, services, and infrastructure are effective.Lead teams that develop and implement networks and servers, respond to user help desk requests, and monitor system stability and performance.Provide guidance and leadership to the IT operations teams and technicians, directly supporting end users by handling escalations, resolving user issues, and monitoring the performance of business-critical systems.Prepare and keep up to date project plans accounting for all phases and stages of the project life cycle.Identify and take care of dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure that project activities progress without impediments.Effectively manage to meet or exceed all SLAs applicable for service delivery.Prepare and present periodic status reports and metrics.Minimum Qualifications:
6 years' experience managing large and complex IT systems support teams.6 years managing a NOC or Help Desk environment managing a team of 40 FTEs.6 years' experience in Service Delivery.ITIL V3/4 certification.Must live a commutable distance from Portland, Oregon.Desired Skills:
Experience in supporting hybrid cloud environments.Current PMP certification.About NTT DATA Services:
