Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential and existing clients.
Manage and resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service or sales roles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
