ResponsibilitiesManage, develop, and train employees onsite and virtual assistants overseasImplement guidelines and procedures for efficiency and productivityReconcile financials daily utilizing trust accountingKnowledgeable and had experience acquiring doors to increase volume. Our property roster consists of 250 doors mainly single-family homes and condominiums; we are not in a community complexExcellent customer service skills, active listener, assertive and problem solverWell-versed in California landlord and tenant laws including evictionsEstablishes rental rates by surveying local rental rates to ensure fair & competitive pricing for owners & tenantsCoordinates and oversees on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, accounts payable, etc. to ensure smooth operations of the propertyCoordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfactionContract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting and refunding security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processesQualificationsMust have a valid Real Estate LicensePast sales experience is preferredEnjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer serviceFlexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekendsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAbility to use computer programs such as Microsoft OfficeCompensation$30 - $32 hourlyAbout Elizabeth Do TeamElizabeth Do Team is one of the top realtors in Orange County, CA, known for excellent customer service and long-term relationships with clientele. We have an affiliation with Enclave Property Management, which is hiring for a Property Manager. We are a small business, high-volume real estate office. The Property Manager position will be on-site Monday to Friday with employees here and with virtual assistants overseas. We are looking to continue increasing our Property Management roster and would like you to join our leadership team.
