We are seeking a Customer Advocacy Manager/ Community Engagement Manager who will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing a customer community program. The goal of this program will be to facilitate the coming together of Propeller customers and like-minded individuals from the industry to share their experience, network with other key stakeholders, discuss industry problems and brainstorm solutions. Although we hope that a community will expand Propeller usage, the main goal of this role is not revenue generation. Instead, it will be focused on facilitating a program that informs the development of Propeller products and services to support the industry it serves.

To support this goal, the main responsibility of this role will be to create a community, build a following/grow membership, organize events and meetups for members and facilitate a connected group of Propeller users to share their industry experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Building networks :Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering a vibrant and engaged community.

Develop strategies to increase participation and engagement within the customer community through events, webinars, and other interactive activities.

Create sub groups within the community for more relevant networking + industry discussions (Community Advisory Board, user groups, etc.)

Track and report on engagement metrics, ensuring that community activities align with organizational objectives and KPIs.

Creating conversations:Identify and curate relevant and compelling topics that resonate with our customer base to drive conversations and engagement.

Initiate and lead discussions within customer groups, ensuring a lively and interactive environment.

Continuously monitor customer interactions and feedback across various platforms to gain insights into their needs and preferences.

Facilitating Feedback + Driving Community ValueCreate a program that drives additional value for community members including but not limited to exclusive product access, product certifications, along with professional networking to key product development team members inside Propeller

Compile and analyze customer feedback, providing actionable insights and recommendations to internal teams to drive product and service improvements.

Act as liaison between Propeller and the communit(ies), facilitating open communication and collaboration

Your SkillsYou have at least 5 years of experience in a role with a proven record of excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and create communities around industry topics

Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points. You should be genuinely committed to delivering what a customer needs, even if it’s not directly tied to revenue

Strong technical skills and the ability to pick up new technology fast and drive your own learning.

Knowledge of GIS, surveying or similar technologies is preferred

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and KPI-measured environment.

Ability to work from our Denver office at least 2 days a week to collaborate with the team and other departments.

The salary range offered for this role is $95,000.00-$107,500.00. This range is tied to the market for this job in Colorado. Any salary offer extended will be based on skills, knowledge and experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
