Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Plant Manager at our Tacoma, WA - Gypsum Facility to take on overall operations of this facility with a workforce of around 140 full-time employees including a 30-person leadership team. The Plant Manager leads a team to success while ensuring a safe and injury/incident-free environment in our fast-paced plant. They motivate, coach, and inspire by demonstrating, promoting, and applying Georgia-Pacific's Principles Based Management (PBM) in daily actions and decisions to deliver maximum value to the business and our customers.
