As a Global Integrated Business Planning Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Support the design of the Solventum IBP process by representing the needs of their aligned businessDevelop an implementation roadmap to educate the organization and implement the end-to-end process with the discipline and change management needed to embed IBP within the business and the areasEstablish and measure key performance indicators to ensure effectiveness of the process along with continuous improvement of the business resultsDevelop long-term plans that provide management the ability to strategically direct its business by integrating customer-focused Marketing plans for new and existing products with the management of the Supply ChainEnsure the process is executed with rigor and brings together one financialized, integrated set of plans for their businessFacilitate the reconciliation and management business reviews and ensure issues are escalated, assumptions are managed, and scenarios are prepared to resolve gapsYour Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND ten (10) years of Business, Finance, Marketing and/or Supply Chain experienceAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain from an accredited institutionExperience leading Sales & Operations Planning and/or Integrated Business Planning processesDemonstrated knowledge of Advanced Planning Systems (APS) and ERP systemsExperience leading projects to improve business processes and their integration with strategic or operational business planningProficient in data management, modelling, visualization, and analyticsExperience utilizing process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or other)Ability to influence others and overcome barriers to change (including behavioral/cultural and organizational issues)Self-motivated and an effective communicator at all levels of the organizationWork location: Hybrid in St. Paul, MN (at least two (2) days per week)Travel: May include up to 20% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being

The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
