POSITION SUMMARYReporting to the Director, Direct Sourcing, this person will be a critical leader responsible for the implementation of sourcing strategies across all Regal Rexnord segments with a focus on

Direct procurement categories .The Project Manager will lead projects spanning direct Procurement, supply chain and operations optimization, and procurement synergy. In this role, the individual will oversee multiple projects that can vary in complexity across the Regal Rexnord Enterprise. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, able to multi-task, and a good problem solver with common sense and a practical approach to problems.You will bring your demonstrated history of quickly building and leveraging relationships in a matrixed environment, working collaboratively to ensure team performance, and successfully influencing a variety of business stakeholders at all levels.Monitor and troubleshoot various issues that arise from stakeholders and vendors. Develop trust within the business so that where there are conflicting priorities or other issues you can ensure that all involved understand the issues and agree with the solutions put forward.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLeverage a high level of project management skills for supply chain related to new product development, outsourcing, VA/VE, supplier resourcing, large cost out initiatives, supplier crisis management.Serve as the Supply Chain Champion and identify and secure cross-functional stakeholders to execute assigned projects on time.Act as liaison between Operations, Quality, Engineering, and other functions for the Supply Chain team on assigned projects, ensuring good communication and resources for conflict resolution.Establish robust communication strategies to report on program status, communicate critical issues to external and internal customers, offer solutions, and implement corrective actions.Responsible for assembling project teams globally, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.Work with direct category managers to identify the project scope and objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team and communicate to all impacted shareholders.Identify changes to the project scope, balance project constraints and communicate to leadership the impact to budget and schedule.Recognize when problems, technical or otherwise, are developing in a way that threatens the budget or schedule and take corrective actions to mitigate the problem.Represent the project team at project meetings and executive report outs, responding to questions, identifying action items and following up as needed.Prepare detailed project plans, action plans, estimates, schedules and forecasts as well as communicate project status.Use Visual Management to track status, compliance to schedule, responsibility, budget, risks and issues on each project.Demonstrate managerial courage and leadership to escalate program challenges promptly and find solutions with key stakeholders.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONSBS in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering. MBA and or PMP certification are both a plus.Minimum of 7 years of proven, progressive supply chain experience.Demonstrated ability to lead through influence.Demonstrated experience with large scale project management across multiple functional teams.Operations life cycle, in depth analysis and problem solving.Familiar with a variety of manufacturing concepts, practices, procedures.Demonstrated ability to analyze, resolve problems and convert data into actionable solutions.Computer Skills: Microsoft Project, Office, SharePoint, SAP or other ERP system.Knowledge of lean tools and mindset to drive for continuous improvement.Experience with development of strategic sourcing processes and development of a strategic sourcing team. Sourcing for Industrial Manufacturing a plus. APICS certification preferred.Demonstrated ability to drive productivity and compliance throughout a complex organization.Ability to support multifaceted business requirements established by each Segment. Comfortable working in a results-oriented environment with a broad base of business requirements.Demonstrated ability to think strategically, conceptually, and analytically to assess problems, identify and consider potential solutions, and make timely recommendations.Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, interact, and influence at all levels of the organization to drive results.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellence in generating accurate and understandable data and reports to analyze performance to make data-driven decisions.Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.High level of personal initiative, energy and ownership of business results.Strong Computer skills: Microsoft Office applications required.
