Here's how you can help. We are currently looking for a Project Specialist to join our team and rise to the challenge of empowering service.

Position Highlights:Responsible for coordinating projects within the membership division and other stakeholders Projects of focus include membership development, grant administration, new member kits and membership awards. This position will also support the division by creating reports to guide program development and utilization.

What You’ll Do:Manages the annual process of ordering and distributing new member kits by working with various stakeholders, including but not limited to regional offices, marketing, purchasing, district and club administration, and mail services.Establish and manage the annual budget(s) ($1.5 million) for new member kits and tracks expenses with the ability to explain/justify any budget variances.Create membership growth projections to determine the kit quantity for each location.Ensure artwork is completed and delivered on time to all requisite parties.Ensures kits are delivered on time at the beginning of the year and stakeholders have visibility into shipment tracking and progress.Manage membership awards and special presidential initiatives in collaboration with other teams.Establishes and manages the annual budget for membership awards; able to speak to any variances.Collaborates with IT and other teams to ensure existing reports are accurate and respond to Lions with questions.Creates custom reports as needed for special awards.Evaluate and maintain inventory for awards. Developing annual projects for each award to ensure efficient ordering and distribution, ensuring optimal changes to the process.Supports membership development grants by coordinating between departments to ensure grant applications are completed accurately and processed efficiently.Communicates with appropriate parties regarding status of applications.Liaise with other divisions, such as IT or Marketing to support membership division requests.
