You will lead the product strategy and development of Zoom's offerings tailored to the unique needs of small businesses. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features to deliver products that solve real problems.About the TeamAt Zoom, our product team drives innovation and continuously enhances user experiences by developing cutting-edge solutions. They collaborate across departments to understand customer needs, design new features, and ensure the seamless integration of advanced technologies like AI into our platform.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the product vision and strategy for small business solutions, aligning with the company’s overall goals and objectives.Develop and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term goals with long-term vision.Lead cross-functional teams to drive product development, including working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver high-quality products on time.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Analyze product performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize performance.Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch. Define product requirements, create user stories, and ensure that product specifications meet customer needs and business goals.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and pricing.Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress, challenges, and opportunities.What we’re looking forExperience in product management in B2B/B2C or small business solutions. Experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle.Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.Understanding of the small business market and its unique challenges.Passion for solving customer problems and delivering exceptional user experiences.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive product innovation, and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and software development processes. Ability to work effectively with an engineering team.Salary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum: $118,600.00Maximum: $259,500.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus, and equity value.Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications and experience.We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.Anticipated Position Close Date:
