NOW HIRING: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in overseeing the nursing staff, ensuring that all care is provided according to best practices and regulatory standards.
Monitor the daily care of residents, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of compassion and professionalism.
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Participate in quality assurance programs, helping to identify areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
Ensure all nursing activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.
Nursing management experience, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices and procedures, particularly in a long-term care setting.
