Assistant Director of the Fund for Oneonta . The Division of University Advancement is the fundraising arm of SUNY Oneonta and the University at Oneonta Foundation, whose mission is to raise and administer gifts and grants to enhance the academic status of the University through endowment, scholarships, and institutional programs.Responsibilities:

Oversee all day-to-day operations of a multi-channel annual giving engagement center.Administer a cloud-based engagement platform to successfully manage a student Phonathon program, including phone, email, and text messaging.Recruit, hire, train, and supervise 30-35 student employees.Establish bi-weekly calling shift schedules.Serve as primary liaison with payroll office regarding all administrative and payroll issues for Phonathon employees.Develop and implement a campus-wide student giving and philanthropy program.Assist with various Fund for Oneonta fundraising programs, including young alumni and parent giving and micro-campaigns.Position requires working 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday during the academic year, and 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM when the Phonathon program is not in session.Minimum Qualifications:

Professional experience in Annual Giving or a related field.Professional supervisory experience.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience utilizing VanillaSoft software or similar sales engagement platform.Experience interviewing, hiring, and training employees.Experience evaluating and analyzing data.Demonstrated excellent written communication and presentation skills.Experience working with and serving diverse populations.Additional Information:SUNY Oneonta enrolls about 5,500 students who pursue bachelor's or master's degrees or certificates in one of 70-plus academic programs.
