Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven F&B Manager to join our team and help us elevate our service standards to new heights.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations within the restaurant's food and beverage departments. This dynamic position requires a blend of strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality. The F&B Manager will work closely with the kitchen, service staff, and leadership team to maintain service excellence, profitability, and a culture of collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily operations of the restaurant, lounge, to-go services, room service, and banquets, ensuring service standards and guest satisfaction are consistently met.Oversee hiring, training, and development of front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.Collaborate with the culinary team to align menu offerings with guest preferences and seasonal trends.Ensure that all areas of the restaurant operation are prepped accordingly, clean, collected & service-ready. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.Engage and supervise Front-of-House team members, set clear expectations, and establish accountability in a team setting.Monitor financial performance, including labor costs, food costs, and profitability, and implement strategies to improve revenue and reduce waste.Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, responding to feedback and addressing concerns promptly.Lead by example to promote a positive work culture and ensure a high level of employee engagement.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, but not required.Certifications: ServSafe and Basset Alcohol Training.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food & beverage management, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for guest service.Proficient in financial management, including budget tracking, cost control, and P&L statements.Hands-on experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Why Join Us?
