Corporate Associate Attorney

A law firm in Uniondale is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience to work closely with partners on various aspects of corporate law. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management and writing skills, along with a strong transactional background, including experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financing.Duties:Collaborate with partners on all aspects of corporate law matters.Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate filings.Conduct legal research and analysis related to corporate transactions and regulatory compliance.Participate in negotiations and due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on corporate governance matters.Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.4-6 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on transactional matters.Strong transactional background, including experience in mergers and acquisitions and financing.Excellent time management and writing skills.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.Skills:Strong understanding of corporate law principles and practices.Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents for corporate transactions.Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively with partners and colleagues.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
