What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Manage all aspects of project management including scope definition, budget, schedule, procurement, quality, safety, risk mitigation, and stakeholder managementDevelop clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines to achieve project goalsInteract regularly with various service lines and stakeholders to ensure project successImplement action plans to address variances and respond to client and team needsPrepare accurate, timely, and complete project reports
What is Required (Qualifications):8-10+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in healthcare projectsBachelor's degree in a related engineering field, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Architecture, or a related fieldStrong project management experience with a proven track record in construction projectsExpertise in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)Ability to motivate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationCertified Construction Manager (CCM) certificationExperience managing indirect teams at all levelsFamiliarity with process improvement methodologies and change managementStrong communication and facilitation skills
