Senior Project Manager – Banking and AcquiringSummary:This position is responsible for supporting the pre & post sales and integration needs of our acquiring clients. They work closely with Account Executives to provide technical product integration support to the sales team. The Senior Project Manager is the technical liaison between customers and internal departments including product management, support, marketing, sales, operations, supply chain, cloud services, QA, and software development. They gather and assess functional, technical, and business requirements to understand how to best implement Ingenico products and services. The candidate can perform technical and sales related activities at customer locations independent of sales executives, which may include, but is not limited to, customer presentations and product demonstrations. This position requires up to 20% travel.Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Primary Interface for entire customer engagement, including all facets during the sales, implementation, certification, and support stages.Work with 3rd party financial solution providers to resolve technical integration issues.Provide product training to customers and partners.Analyze customer requirements and recommend best practices & solutions.Provide sales support to account executives in the form of presentations, whiteboard sessions, and technical demonstrations of the product.Support existing client base in problem determination, resolution, and product upgrade.Participate in sales meetings and industry-related events.Recommend product enhancements and provide customer feedback to product management.Aid in testing and piloting of new hardware and software.Work with QA & software engineering on problem recreation and resolution.Technical expertise in Ingenico’s products and services.Collaborate with sales, product, software development, and QA to accelerate product adoption.Provide input to Technical Services and Software Development to accelerate the evolution of Ingenico’s products and services.Knowledge of Android.Knowledge of API Integration.Proficient in secure payment solutions.Proficient in troubleshooting and problem resolution.Technical position involving terminal software utilization, PC installations, and understanding of payment workflows at a very detailed level.Project management, time management, and task prioritization skills.Analytical capabilities and leadership skills including experience managing customer expectations.Written and verbal communication skills in customer settings and with internal management.Ability to establish solid business relationships and work effectively in a team environment.Ability to communicate business needs to technical people and simplify complex technical information for non-technical people.Technical and Non-technical Skills:Understanding of various encryption standards and concepts in the secure payment industry including Master/Session, AES, DUKPT, DES, and Triple DES.Experience with EMV certification and integration.Understanding of security requirements within the payment industry such as PCI-P2PE, PCI-PTS, PCI-PIN, and PCI-DSS.Hardware experience with POS peripherals, PCs, Servers, and common POS retail workstations and back-office solutions.Understanding of wireless protocols and concepts.Understanding of various payment device interfaces and implementations.Software: MS Word, Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint.Strong communication, marketing, cross-functional team leadership, product management, and product marketing.Languages:

English & French a plusSupervisory Responsibility:

This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but does require guidance, leadership, and training of other employees in the department.Required Education / Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical education required.Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.Minimum of 3 years of experience within our industry.Work Environment:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout 75% of the day. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. This position requires the constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator; copy machine, and computer printer. The person in this position frequently communicates with both internal and external clients. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
