Overall responsibility for the demand and supply of Affiliate logistics to ensure ongoing AbbVie products availability to Taiwan and Hong Kong market.Lead the simplification of Demand and S&OP meetings and ensure ADS integrity to achieve efficient demand planning and drive high forecast accuracy.Optimize supply planning by developing and implementing optimal supply strategies, guarding the time fence, and ensuring assurance of supply to minimize inventory obsolescence, prevent stock out, and deliver product to patients at right time.Strategically manage logistics and warehousing by leading distributor integration, implementing operational excellence with process optimization and generating synergy. Build trust with distributor by generating high KPI and driving qualitative and strategic monthly meetings.Partner with cross functions by developing key milestones and building strategic bridge stock plan with speed and quality to assure smooth transition for business continuity without supply disruption.Manage comprehensive operating models and requirement of importation based on Aesthetics portfolio setting, oversee monthly order/inventory management to support successful launch of new products into the markets.Develop strong collaborative working relationships with global supply chain and cross-functional stakeholders by identifying product supply issues, seeking alternatives, communicating issues to planning center and local management.Drive and build a highly engaged team as well as encouraging high performing team culture.Qualifications
Effective written and verbal communication skills are required, especially in English.Strong strategy development and planning skills coupled with necessary knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing activities.Excellent organization and follow-up skills are critical to ensure timely communication across the supply chain in effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Min 5 years of experience in Demand Planning & Supply Management in MNC, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.Requires proven problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and adapt strategies for changing business environments.Creativity, innovation, decisiveness, and negotiation skills are necessary to resolve issues and drive the business forward.Highly developed people management skills; ability to lead, coach, manage and motivate.Bachelor's degree in Production Operations Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain management disciplines preferred, or equivalent work experiences.Additional Information
