Drive continuous business improvement and performanceTrack and communicate job profit and loss performance to business leadershipIdentify areas needing improvement to drive financial and cultural performance and action as necessaryWork across business functions to ensure the business is ready to execute with the appropriate laborEnsure Lesson Learned reviews happen to build organizational learningVisit job sites on a regular basis (every four to six weeks) to ensure standards and culture are being met in the fieldIdentify and implement cost reduction strategies to drive margin improvement throughout the business lineOwn the forecasted revenue and profitability of the business lineReview bids for their entirety and to fully understand the Scope of Work soldWork with the Commercial Team as necessary to ensure bids are completed using correct cost related informationServe as the business line representative for any safety related or operational related issues to clientsEnsure all change orders related to business line have been reviewed and are compliant with contractual expectationsIdentify, research and resolve all contract disputes with the OwnerDiscuss with Safety Director and Project Manager on any jobsite safety issuesCreate and maintain a strong organizational culture dedicated to safety, quality, and operational excellenceCreate and implement standards, procedures, and processes to support the culture and business growthOwn the profit and loss and successful execution of all elements of the service lineDevelop and track performance through various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Proactively seek to grow the business by liaising with Customers and proactively support the Business Development and Commercial TeamsQualifications

Education and Work Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of seven years of Renewable Services IndustryExperience/knowledge of estimating and project managementKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:Take reasonable care of your own and others' health and safety and of those who may be affected by the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working toward the Company's Zero Injury principlesProficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Primavera, and Construction SoftwareRead, analyze and interpret blueprints, professional journals, technical procedures, contracts or governmental regulationsWrite reports, business correspondence, and document project activitiesEffectively present information and respond to questions from project managers, superintendents, clients, customers and the general publicEffectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directorsCalculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volumeAbility to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometrySolve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in standardized situationsInterpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule formWorking Environment:When visiting jobsites the work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautionsThis work environment may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors and/or loud noisesWhat's in it for you:
