Job Description and DutiesThe candidate works under the Program Manager I of the Biomedical Support Unit (BSU), of the Disaster Medical Services (DMS) Division. The Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) is responsible for completing analytical, technical, and functional assignments of the BSU by supporting the Mobile Medical Assets program, EMSA warehousing operations, and statewide disaster logistical response and recovery operations.This position is a 12-month Limited-Term position that may be extended and/or become permanent.Minimum Requirements

In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:Inventory Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to independently analyze, develop, and maintain complex logistics inventory systems.Contract Oversight and Compliance: Proven experience in overseeing and monitoring contracted and subcontracted services, including fleet maintenance, inventory system contracts, vehicle leases, and related contracts.Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with EMSA DMS management, staff, EMSA Headquarters personnel, and external stakeholders.Valid California driver's license.
