The individual will be responsible for providing leadership for a ZOLL Product line. This position will be upstream in nature and will be responsible for life cycle management of the product portfolio.Essential Functions
Learning to provide product life cycle management of assigned product line(s), recommending new products and product line rationalization approaches.Learns assigned product area, along with the state clinical practice and various product use cases.Works closely with the customer for the product portfolio, helping to develop customer requirements and identifies new product concepts. Works closely with manager to communicate market needs and global strategies to stakeholders of assigned product line(s).Works with manager to understand project timelines and expectations between project team members and management. Strives for timely and effective execution against established projects and priorities.With guidance, conducts analyses of product & clinical trends, competitive activity, and other market trends. Help ensure that product strategies and development efforts meet market needs & strategies.Required/Preferred Education And Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business/Engineering preferred1-3 years of product and/or market experience requiredMedical device industry a plus.Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent, complex projects/tasks.Strong time management and organization skills.Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and technical information into meaningful customer messaging a plus.Detail-savvy but outcomes-oriented.Excellent verbal and written communication and social skills.Travel Requirements
30% Individual must be willing to travel up to 30% of time including internationally.Working Conditions
